Redesigning a legacy web ecosystem into a human-centered, high-converting digital platform.

A self-directed concept for the multi-line phone bill — bringing per-line and per-category answers onto the page where customers actually ask them, prototyped from Figma into working HTML.

A full visual identity for a night-vision safety device — logo, color system, and typography built to work everywhere from product packaging to bus-shelter ads.
I've been designing for about 8 years now — I started with brand identities and print work, then moved into digital: product, lead-gen, and marketing landing pages across Verizon's B2B ecosystem, and eventually UX on the Verizon billing experience. Somewhere along the way I realized good design isn't just about how any one piece looks — it's just as much about how all the pieces fit together. Outside of work, I'm usually chasing around my two kids, exploring local skateparks, brewing overly complicated pour-overs, or disappearing into the woods for a camping trip.
